Delivery

The length of time that it will take to receive your order can be determined by adding:

1) the time taken for us to pick, pack and ship your order and
2) the time taken to deliver your order. Following is a brief outline of these steps:

1) Picking/Packing/Shipping

This step involves picking the order from the warehouse, then packing and invoicing it. Our website displays the web availability for a given product on its product details page. In general if the products are available orders will be shipped within 3 days.

2) Delivery

The time taken to deliver your order is determined by our mail carriers. We ship orders direct from Adelaide [SA].
